The main aim is to support society. Those are work in different environments, including pregnant women’s homes, regional hospitals, clinics, midwifery-led maternity blocks, and surgeries.
Nurses and midwives are part of a team of trained medical workers. Midwives may assist by maternity support workers and be responsible for supervising them.
Pregnancy and childbirth are significant days in the life of a woman. Midwives provide care for women during pregnancy and delivery and are the leading health specialist for those ladies whose pregnancies are uncomplicated.
As a nurse, you should:

- be able to stay confident in stressful circumstances
General responsibilities:
- examining and monitoring patients
- exacting attention terms and record administration procedures
- initiating primary care in hospitals, homes
- taking out screening trials
- giving knowledge, sensitive relief to the patient and their families
- collect patient samples, beats, body temperatures, and BP
- attending for women in labor
- monitoring and managing prescription, vaccinations
- monitoring the fetus during labor
- guide families in the daily care of their infant babies
- drafting documents
- education junior
- recognizing high-risk patients
- Nurses may work on a rotation basis or on-call basis
