The main aim is to support society. Those are work in different environments, including pregnant women’s homes, regional hospitals, clinics, midwifery-led maternity blocks, and surgeries.

Nurses and midwives are part of a team of trained medical workers. Midwives may assist by maternity support workers and be responsible for supervising them.

Pregnancy and childbirth are significant days in the life of a woman. Midwives provide care for women during pregnancy and delivery and are the leading health specialist for those ladies whose pregnancies are uncomplicated.

As a nurse, you should:

  4. have excellent observational abilities
  5. be willing to take responsibility
  6. be able to stay confident in stressful circumstances

General responsibilities:

  1. examining and monitoring patients
  2. exacting attention terms and record administration procedures
  3. initiating primary care in hospitals, homes
  4. taking out screening trials
  5. giving knowledge, sensitive relief to the patient and their families
  6. collect patient samples, beats, body temperatures, and BP
  7. attending for women in labor
  8. monitoring and managing prescription, vaccinations
  9. monitoring the fetus during labor
  10. guide families in the daily care of their infant babies
  11. drafting documents
  12. education junior
  13. recognizing high-risk patients
  14. Nurses may work on a rotation basis or on-call basis
