Much as many people believe catering is attributed to hotel business, LeopardGM does catering for both commercial and home catering. Our staff is equipped with skills and knowledge of the best catering needs, with chefs and staff who understand the needs of people as might be required.
Leopard does package hospitality/ events and catering with a number of aspects that are important for our clients.
Food & Beverage
This is the largest segment of hospitality. It is the most important section because it directly deals with satisfying one’s food needs. Leopard GM has some of the best chefs and staff to cater for all food and beverage needs of our clients. We are primarily engaged in preparing meals, snacks, and beverages for immediate consumption on and off the premises. We can also undertake long term contracts as may be required.
Front Office
Our front desk staff are equipped with good knowledge of being responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Mail also schedule meetings and travel for executives. At times, as required, can offer office messenger services.
Guest Relations
This might not be much different to front office though with a different dimension in handing guests. A guest relations officer (GRO) is at the forefront of customer service. He or she is one of the first workers to greet guests as they arrive. The GRO provides guests with above-and-beyond service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering. He or she offers public relations between the organization and clients. A good communication and understanding between clients and our organization is important because it helps understand the needs of the clients. Our guest relation staff understand how important it is for our clients’ organization to relate with their clients.
Security
Leopard GM undertakes security to cover common security aspects: access control, authentication, nonrepudiation, data confidentiality, communication security, data integrity, availability and privacy of our clients. Being secure with one’s personal security is quite prime for every individual.

Housekeeping.
Leopard GMhas professional housekeepers who do specified cleaning chores. Our housekeepers may or may not typically live in a family’s home, but they certainly can if that is the agreed upon between Leopard GM and our clients. Among the required tasks of a house keeper include:
- Up keeping linens, drapes and upholstery
- Cleaning and maintenance of appliances
- Vacuum floors
- Assistance with clean-up for kids and pets
- Dust furnishings
- Deep cleaning projects
Our house keepers, apart from cleaning tasks, may have additional responsibilities, such as scheduling maintenance appointments, establishing a supply inventory system, preparing a petty cash budget, and planning weekly meal menus. It is up to the homeowner how much or how little responsibility a housekeeper has around the home based on personal needs, the size of the home, and the skill set of the employee but all in accordance with an agreement with Leopard GM.
The Role of a Laundress
Sometimes out housekeepers might be required to do specific tasks related to laundry. These can work full or part time as the need might be depending on how much laundry you regularly have and how specialized the fabrics are that you wear and decorate with. Our laundresses might offer the following services.
- Washing and drying clothes.
- Ironing and steaming.
- Altering and mending.
- Organizing a family’s wardrobe, linens, and towels.
- Swapping out seasonal clothes.
- Maintaining an inventory of clothing.
- Specialty care for delicate fabrics.
Tour guides
We offer Tour Guides who are expected to provide tourists with information regarding the places of visit, answer questions, and adhere to a pre-designed route to avoid getting lost. We sometimes work with city sightseeing companies that take tourists around a city and show them the main landmarks. We also provide sightseeing companies with professional tour guides.
Tour and travel.
Leopard GM can be tasked by clients to help book hotels, transportation, and offer the best options for sightseeing. The main and most important element of a tour and travel itinerary is a tour program. Client activities vary and are quite many. The programs are related to travel or movement, stay and involve different activities that might seem desired by our clients.
